Welcome to Soullight By Jyoti. We truly value every customer and carefully handcraft each candle with love and attention to detail. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

As our candles are handmade and delicate, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the package

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Minor color/design variations due to handmade nature
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refund Policy

Once your request is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • OR store credit/replacement product (depending on the situation)

Exchange Policy

We offer replacement only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products received

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Damage

We pack every product securely, but if your package arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and images immediately for quick support.
